1. What is the return policy?
All returns must be assigned a "Return Goods Authorization" RGA Number which can only be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department via phone +1 email@example.com. You will receive a RGA Number, along with return instructions. All returned items are subject to a 20% restock fee. Special order items are non-returnable. All sales are final after 30 days of purchase.or email
2. What are the available payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We charge your credit card at the time of order and all transactions go through a secure gateway.
3. Is there a cost associated with return shipments?
If you return an item, you will incur shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
4. Is there any way I can track my shipments?
To track your shipments you must first sign in to www.offhighwayplus.com using your user I.D. and password. You can then click on "Track order status" located next to the shopping cart icon, or you can click the "Order History" tab. Once on the page, you can see the status of your order, shipping method, and tracking ID number.
5. Do you ship internationally?
International shipment is only available to our registered customers who have a valid account on www.offhighwayplus.com. We do not ship outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico if an order is placed as guest checkout.
6. How can I view my past orders?
To view past orders, you must first sign in to www.offhighwayplus.com using your user I.D. and password. On this page you are able to click on the "Order History" tab. On this page, you are able to view details on your order history such as product, quantity, price, and order date.
7. Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge a sales tax.
8. Are there any restocking fees?
There is a mandatory 20% restocking fee on items returned.
9. Do you offer a Wish List option?
We do not offer a wish list option at this time.
