You will receive a RGA Number, along with return instructions. All returned items are subject to a 20% restock fee. Special order items are non-returnable. A. To track your shipments you must first sign in to www.offighwayplus.com using your user I.D. and password. You can then click on "Track order status" located next to the shopping cart icon, or you can click the "Order History" tab. Once on the page, you can see the status of your order, shipping method, and tracking ID number.
A. International shipment is only available to our registered customers who have a valid account on www.offhighwayplus.com. We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada if an order is placed as guest checkout.
