If you have an account, type in your user name and password. If you are a new customer, select the Create New Account tab and complete the form to be assigned a username and password.

Shipping and Freight

When you complete your order and if you select AxleTech pre-pay and add shipping method, you will be provided the freight costs to ship your order. If you provide a customer specific shipping carrier and account, you will be charged according to your Terms and Conditions with the carrier.

Pricing offers our customers a large selection of aftermarket product at competitive prices.

Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Prices on the product detail page and in your cart may change after such updates to reflect current prices. Placing items in your cart does not reserve the current prices shown at the time; prices are reserved only when you place an order.

Pricing Error and Inaccuracy Disclaimer

Information on may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted and placed your order). Please note that such errors or inaccuracies may be related to product descriptions, pricing and availability. In the event of a pricing or stocking error, an AxleTech Customer Service Representative will provide you with the following options: (1) to proceed with the transaction based on the corrected information; or (2) to cancel your order/transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any errors or inaccuracies, you may return it as an Incorrect item. Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect part and AxleTech had made a shipping error, we will pay the return freight as well as the freight cost to re-send the product ordered.

Cancellation Policy

AxleTech strives to exceed our customer’s expectations with a broad offering, competitive pricing, and friendly Customer Service. If for any reason you want to cancel an open order, we request that you call Customer Service to see if we can cancel the order. If we have already shipped your product, please refer to our Customer Return Policy.


We charge your credit card at time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All transactions go through a secure gateway.

Return Policy

We would be more than happy to assist you with your return! All returns must be assigned a "Return Goods Authorization” RGA Number which you can obtain by contacting our Customer Service department at . You will receive a RGA Number, along with return instructions via email. All returned items are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Special order items are non-returnable but all other items may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving their package. All sales are final after 30 days. The product must be new, in the box, current, and in salable condition and cannot be returned if the part was installed, or modified. Credit cannot be issued if the part has been installed, misused, or in unsalable condition. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense.

Your refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Once issued, a refund can take approximately 14 business days. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). Your credit will be issued against the original credit card account which was provided to us at the time you placed the order.
